I'm Paul Meldrum
I’ve spent the last 21 years in the trenches of fitness, coaching, and service-based businesses—not just training people, but building systems that work in the real world.
My career began early. I was named Personal Trainer of the Year in my second and third years in the industry, and over time went on to lecture internationally, educate coaches across multiple countries, and work at the intersection of performance, applied education, and business execution.
Across two decades, I’ve worked with thousands of clients, trainers, and business owners—spanning body composition, performance, rehabilitation-adjacent training, and operations. My work has been recognised with industry awards, including Personal Trainer of the Year (2005/2006) and the Clinical Excellence Award for results-driven, applied education.
But credentials were never the point.
